A: We provide pre-made elf kits, props, and setup ideas that help parents create fun, stress-free holiday scenes in minutes. Magical moments, made simple.

Q: What comes in a kit?

A: Each kit includes themed props, step-by-step scene instructions, bonus ideas, and everything you need to bring the magic to life. Some kits may include digital pintables as well!

Q: Are your kits compatible with the official Elf on the Shelf®?

A: Our accessories and scenes are designed to work with most popular scout elves, though we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Elf on the Shelf®.

Q: When do you start shipping if ordered during Pre-Order?

A: Orders will start officially shipping out the first week of November for all pre-orders.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders placed after pre-orders are shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your kit is on its way!

Q: Do you offer rush shipping?

A: Yes! You’ll have the option to select expedited shipping at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding soon!

Q: Do you ship to APO?

A: We can ship to an APO but be sure to note that shipping times can vary with the USPS. Recommend ordering for delivery prior to November 1 if possible to ensure it arrives on time for your elf to join your home.

Q: Can I return or exchange my kit?

A: Due to the seasonal and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at shelfmyelfco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Q: Do you include the elf?

A: Nope! Our kits are designed to work with the elf you already have at home. We provide all the creative magic to go with it.

Q: Can I use the kits with multiple elves?

A: Absolutely! Our scenes are flexible and can be adapted to multiple elves or even different placements. We do offer a 2nd elf add on kit if you want additional scene set ups.

Q: What age are your kits designed for?

A: Our kits are created with families of children ages 3–10 in mind, but anyone who loves holiday fun can enjoy them!
